Addie Calvert of Lower Nazareth Township, died at home surrounded by her family on April 24, 2023, two hours before her 95 ^th birthday. Born in Rochelle Park, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Adeline (Zogg) Blatter. She graduated from Cliffside High School in 1945, and went to work for W.R. Grace & Co. in New York, where she stayed for 23 years. She was secretary to J. Peter Grace for 16 of those years, when she traveled all over the world. In 1968 she met and married her husband Thomas, and moved to Lower Nazareth. She was preceded in death by him in 1991. In 1977 she joined Air Products and Chemicals and retired in 2004 after 27 years.

Addie will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Adele (Daniel Erdie) and two grandchildren, Taylor and Thomas. They were the light of her life.

An excellent skier with the Ski Club of New Jersey, Addie was an avid golfer serving as Secretary of Green Pond Ladies Golf League, Green Pond Tournament volunteer, and as Treasurer of Wedgewood Ladies Golf League for many years. She was a member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, Hecktown.

Services will be at 11 AM Friday, April 28, in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem, followed by burial in Hope Cemetery, Hecktown. Family and friends may call from 10 – 11 AM Friday.
