Anna Lee Horton, 91, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 29, 2021, in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill.  She was the wife of the late Fred Horton, who died in 1996.

Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late James and Beatrice (Simpkins) Statum.

Anna was an Operating Room technician at St. Luke's retiring after 40 years of dedicated service.  She loved helping people with medical care, but was most comfortable in the hospital operating room setting.

Anna was a member of Second Baptist Church, Bethlehem.  She was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed sewing clothing, cooking and caring for her home.

Surviving are a son, David Horton with whom she resided; grandsons, Miles and Cameron; step-children, Ricky (Gloria) Horton, Greg (Michelle) Horton, Wayne (Denise) Horton, Glenn Horton, LaVerne Danzella, Donnie (Reuben) Savage and Nancy Ann (Tito) Rivera; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.  She was predeceased by her infant son, Brian Craig, who died of SIDS 54 years ago, as well as many siblings and their spouses.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem, PA 18017.  Family and friends are invited to her viewing from 10:00 a.m. until the service begins on Thursday.
