Barry R. Ihle, 78, of Bethlehem, passed away March 7, 2022, in St. Luke's Hospital.  He was the beloved husband of Judy (Chontofalsky) Ihle.

Born in Fountain Hill, he was the son of the late Harry and Rita (Burke) Ihle.

Barry was employed by the Bethlehem Steel for 20 years, then worked for B. Braun Medical until retiring.

A member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Bethlehem, Barry was a community volunteer, enjoyed bowling, classic cars, music, drawing and doodling with numbers.  He was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan.  Barry had the ability to make friends and family laugh.  He was a devoted caregiver to his wife Judy, and a great supporter of his grandchildren's sports events.  A passionate, sensitive man, he exhibited the perfect example of selfless love and made his presence felt.  His family will always treasure their many long car rides together.

Surviving with his wife Judy, are a son, Brian; a daughter Tami, and her husband Robert Holmes, Jr., all of Bethlehem; and grandchildren, Brianna Mikucki, Dallas and Austin Holmes.

Services will be held at noon on Monday, March 14, in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem, followed by interment in Bethlehem Memorial Park.  Visitation will be in the funeral home, 4 - 6 p.m. Sunday, March 13, and 11a.m. until service time on Monday.
