Bonifacio M. Donato, 98, of Bethlehem, passed away Thursday, November 7, 2019, in Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest.  His beloved wife of 70 years, Juana (Trilles) Donato, died January 9, 2019.

Born in Cagayan, Philippines, he was the son of the late Rufino and Josefa (Manaois) Donato.

Dr. Donato was a professor of math and sciences at the Adventist University of the Philippines and the University of the City of Manila.

A member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Bethlehem, he also belonged to the Eastern North American Alumni Chapter of the Adventist University of the Philippines.

Visitation will be held Sunday, November 10, from 4 - 7 p.m. in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem.  Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 11, in the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Macada and Jacksonville Roads, Bethlehem.  Interment in Bethlehem Memorial Park will be private.

Memorial donations may be sent to the Seventh Day Adventist Church to be used for a worthy student.
