Brenda Louise Stout, 75, of Macungie, Pennsylvania, passed away in September, 2026.

Born on May 16, 1951, Brenda made her home in several places throughout her life, including Pottstown and Allentown, Pennsylvania, as well as a brief time in Houston, Texas. She later made her home in Macungie.

Brenda spent much of her career in the service industry, including time at the Keystone Fire Company and the North End Republican Club. Her outgoing and social nature suited her well, and she came to know many people throughout the communities in which she lived and worked.

Brenda loved old movies, live music, travel, good food, and a lively night out. She especially enjoyed seeing her favorite band, KATO, perform.

At the center of Brenda’s life was her husband, Douglas “Doug” Stout. The two were inseparable and enjoyed life to its fullest. They loved going out to dinner and seeing live music, and they traveled together to Las Vegas and Atlantic City, visiting countless casinos along the way. Whether on a trip or simply enjoying a night out close to home, they were happiest doing it together.

Brenda carried with her the memories of the life she and Doug shared after his passing—a life filled with music, travel, friendship, laughter, and good times.

She is survived by Bill and Kim Stout and their sons, Owen and Harry; and Chris Stout and his son, Logan.

Brenda will be remembered for the life she enjoyed, the people she knew, and the many memories she made along the way. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
