Charles G. Kucher, 94, passed away Friday, May 19, 2017, in Moravian Hall Square, Nazareth, PA.  His wife of 60 years, Alma (Wittig) Kucher, died in 2006.

Born in New ark, NJ, he was a son of the late Charles C. and Emma (Gierman) Kucher.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University in 1943.  During WWII, he was employed at Atlas Powder Co., Reynolds, PA.  He later worked for Dart Industries until 1983.  After retirement he worked with his son in the water treatment industry.

Mr. Kucher was a member of the Theta Xi Fraternity at Lehigh University, a 70 year member of the Free & Accepted Masons, a and member of Wesley United Methodist Church.

Survivors: Son, Donald, and wife Violet of Quakertown; daughter, Debbie Olden, and husband Peter of Clarks Summit; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Services: Will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 25, in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem, followed by burial in Hollywood Memorial Park, Union, NJ.  Viewing hours will be Wednesday, May 24, 7 - 8 p.m., concluding with a Masonic Service at 8 p.m. and Thursday, May 25, from 10 - 11 a.m. Online condolences may be sent to www.pearsonfh.com.
