Deborah Alice Heppner Bozes of Allentown, previously of Bethlehem, entered into Jesus' heavenly arms January 14, 2021.  She was born as an only child on December 7, 1954 in Fountain Hill to the late Thelma M. (Gaugler) and Raymond H. Heppner.  Debbie was married April 5, 1975 to her beloved, best friend, Marlin J. Bozes.

Debbie graduated from Liberty High School in 1972 and NCC in 1974.  She was a proud member of the Patriot Guard Riders and was active in Stars for Our Heroes and Wreaths Across America.

Debbie was employed as a tele-recruiter at Miller Keystone Blood Center, Cedar Crest.  She is well known for her famous pumpkin rolls and thin cut-out cookies.  Many people call her "the angel lady" because she was known to give an angel or two to others.

Surviving are husband Marlin of Allentown; daughter, Tiffany Lynne McCartney of Jacksonville, FL; son, Todd Landon Bozes (Beth); beloved grandsons, Cole Emerson and Connor Everett Bozes, all of Fountain Hill; "sisters", Christina Gaugler, Bonnie Bartholomew of Bethlehem, Gail Weinsheimer of Covington, VA and Esther Chuyko of Allentown; brother and sister in law, Carl and Cathy Strawbridge of Bartonsville; Goddaughters, Jennifer Weinsheimer, Melanie Weiss and Alexandra Gaugler; and furry companions, Holly Girl and Benny.  Meeting Debbie in heaven were companions Pumpkin, Kimba, Springer, Molly and Ellie Mae.

Due to the pandemic services will be planned at a later date.  Donations of blood or platelets at Miller Keystone Blood Center will be appreciated as well as contributions to Stars for Our Heroes or Wreaths Across America.
