DeWitt V. Farrington, Jr., 88, of Allentown, died Saturday, November 4, 2017, in his home surrounded by his loving family.  He was the husband of Rita M. (Parlowe) Farrington.

Born in Bethlehem,  he was a son of the late DeWitt V. Sr. and Marian B. (Fehr) Farrington.

DeWitt was an architect who was a partner at H.S. Everett and Co. and later worked with Wallace and Watson.  He served on the Allentown Zoning Board for many years.

Survivors: Wife, Rita; daughters, Donna Knight of Richmond, VA, Victoria Kelly of Staunton, VA and Denise Wright of Richmond, VA; sons, James of Knightdale, NC and Thomas of Appleton, WI; sister, Carol Anne of Allentown; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.  He was predeceased by a brother, Eugene and a sister, Marlene.

Services: Family and friends are invited to a calling hour from 1 - 2 p.m. Saturday, November 11, in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem, followed by a Memorial Service at 2 p.m. conducted by Kathy Lentz, Certified Funeral Celebrant.
