Dolores "Dee" Anthony, of Bethlehem, passed away on April 27, 2021, with her husband, son and grandsons by her side.  Dee was born June 9, 1941, to the late Stephen and Julia (Illick) Kutos and grew up on Bethlehem's Southside with her sister Peggy.  She celebrated 58 years of marriage with her high school sweetheart, Dale Anthony.

Dee was a 1959 graduate of Liberty High School, and through the years remained active on her high school reunion committee up until their most recent, highly successful, 60th reunion.  Immediately upon graduating from high school Dee was hired as an Escort for Bethlehem Steel.  She always looked back fondly on her years at Bethlehem Steel and working with that special group of young women.  She has remained friends with many.  Dee later joined the firm of Spillman Farmer Architects as receptionist and administrative assistant until her retirement.

Dee and Dale had many travels both in and outside the United States, but her favorite vacations were on Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.  She was an avid and knowledgeable sports fan and enjoyed attending high school, college and professional sporting events.  Dee loved hanging out with her many friends, but above all she loved her family and enjoyed every moment she spent with them especially during the holidays.  She was a lifetime member of St. John's Windish Lutheran Church of Bethlehem where she served as an usher and on the church's 100th Anniversary Committee.

She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Dale; her son, Eric; her grandsons, Evan Anthony and Tanner Anthony; her sister Peggy and brother-in-law Francis Horvath; niece, Dawn Horvath; nephew Christian Horvath; and many cousins.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. John's Windish Lutheran Church, 617 E. Fourth Street, Bethlehem, PA 18015.  The Pearson Funeral Home, Bethlehem, is assisting the family with arrangements. (www.pearsonfh.com)
