Dolores A. Christein, 87, of Bethlehem, passed away Friday, April 28, 2017, in her home.  Her husband of 53 years, Lewis R. Christein, died January 5, 2006.

Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Severino and Sophie (Surry) Fernandes.

Dolores was employed as a confectioner at Just Born, Bethlehem, and in the quality control department at Magnetic Windings, Easton.

Survivors: She is survived by her daughter, Diane Rodgers of Summit Hill; sons, Lewis L. Christein, and his wife Robbin of Chilhowie, VA and Clarence C. "Chuck" Christein, and his wife Tina of Bethlehem; sister, Dorothy Mauer of Quakertown; ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her son-in-law, Wallace Rodgers, grandson, Christopher Rodgers, brother, Patrick Fernandes, and sisters, Jean Beahm and Anna Fejes.

Services: A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 3, in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem.  Family and friends are invited to call from 5-6 p.m. Wednesday before the memorial service.
