Donald R. Fisher, 91, of Moore Township, passed away peacefully in his home on Saturday, September 10, 2022, with his devoted wife by his side.  He was the husband of Deborah M. (Greene) Fisher.  They celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary on June 7.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Andrew and Mamie (Fisher) Fisher.

Donald was employed by Lehigh University in the I.D. office before retiring.  He previously worked at the Bethlehem Steel Co., for the railroad, and at Bitronics in Bethlehem.

He faithfully served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

Donald was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Emmanuelsville.

He appreciated time spent with friends and family, and will be deeply missed by his wife.  He enjoyed the outdoors and wildlife, especially camping and fishing.

Surviving with his wife, Deborah, is a daughter, Nicole Ferry, and her husband Mick of Oak Ridge, Tennessee; and three grandchildren, Michael, Lilley and Matthew.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, September 24, at 11:00 a.m. in Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive, Bath, PA 18014.

Memorial donations may be sent to the church or an animal rescue or shelter of the donor's choice.
