Doris Spangler, 97, was called home by her Lord and Savior, to be with her family on October 7, 2022.  She was born October 5, 1925 in Bethlehem, Pa. to George J. and Perma O. Lambert.

Doris was a homemaker, store manager and accomplished singer with the Bach Choir for 30 years.  She managed the Delta Hoisery Store at the Westgate Mall, Bethlehem, for many years during the 1970s.

Doris is predeceased by her husband of 69 years, Raymond A. Spangler of Reading.  She is survived by her three children, Lynda Broadley of Fort Lupton, Co., Raymond Spangler of Bethlehem, and Beth Ann Hoffman of Allentown; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

We will miss her beyond words, but take comfort in knowing she is now singing with the Angels.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers. memorials may be made to any local animal rescue of donor's choice.  Arrangements have been entrusted  to Pearson Funeral Home, Bethlehem, www.pearsonfh.com.
