Elsie H. Huber, 98, of Bethlehem, died February 29, 2024. She was the wife of Richard J. Huber. They were married 45 years.

Born in Bethlehem, she is the daughter of the late John and Julia (Szilagyi) Hathazi.

Elsie last worked at the Bethlehem Steel Co. before retiring. She was a past president of the American Business Women's Association, served on the Board of Allentown Art Museum Ladies Auxiliary, volunteered for the American Cancer Society, and was a Democratic Committee Chairwoman. She was a member of Bethlehem Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Surviving are her husband, Richard; son, Thomas V. Roc of Bethlehem; daughter, Joanne J. Roc of California; step-daughters, JoAnn Zwickl of Lake-of-the-Woods, VA, Elizabeth Snyder and Marci Huber, both of Bethlehem; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister Irene Stuckey and three step-sons Richard, Jonathan and Matthew Huber.

Services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, March 6, in the Bethlehem Seventh-Day Adventist Church. A viewing will be held in the church from 10 AM until the service begins.
