Frank P. Kroboth, 90, of Lower Macungie Twp., passed away peacefully on Friday morning, August 3, 2018, surrounded by family. The husband of the late Rose Marie (McGinley) Kroboth, the couple was married  for 62 years until her death in June, 2012.  He was born in Coplay to the late Karl and Angela (Klusarits) Kroboth. Frank was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Orefield, where he and his late wife were affiliated with many activities of the parish. A graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School in 1946, Frank was honorably discharged from the United States Navy after serving a 20 year career during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. In addition, he served in the Pennsylvania State Probation and Parole Board for more than 20 years. A seasoned traveler, the couple ran group trips all over the world.

Survivors: daughters, Rosemary McGuinness of Bethlehem Township, and Francine M. Miranda and husband Sam of North Whitehall; son, Barry Kroboth and wife Christy (Wheeler) of Woodbridge, VA; grandchildren, Matthew McGuinness and wife Kristin, Christopher Kroboth and wife Brittany, Andrew Miranda and wife Amanda, and Patrick Kroboth and wife Caitlyn; great grandchildren, Reese Kroboth, Cooper Kroboth; Aiden McGuinness, Betsy Kroboth and Claire Christina Miranda; nieces, nephews and their families; He was predeceased by son in law, George McGuinness in 2007; brothers Karl and Joseph.

Services: His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 6, 2018 in St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 1879 Applewood Dr. Orefield, PA with Rev. Robert Potts as the Celebrant. A calling hour will precede the mass at the church beginning at 12 P.M. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Upper Macungie Twp.
