Gilbert Stanley Applegate, Jr., 73, of Bethlehem Township, passed away unexpectedly on February 2, 2024.

Born in Fountain Hill, he was the son of the late Gilbert Stanley Sr. and Theresa (Czar) Applegate.

Gilbert enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Surviving are his companion Irene Noe with whom he resided; three sons, Gilbert in Michigan, Greg and Gerit, both of Lehighton; three step-daughters, Jessica Billings of Bethlehem Township, Joyce Beery of Wind Gap and Jillian Salazar of Fairfield, CA; step-son, Joseph Noe of Bethlehem Township; and nine grandchildren. He was predeceased by a grandson and a sister Linda McKellin.

Family and friends are invited to visitation hours from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Thursday, February 8, in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem, PA.
