Glory Roth Stroman, 92, of Haines City, FL and formerly of Palmer Township and Greentown, PA passed away on March 26, 2021, in Orlando, Florida, after a brave seven week battle with COVID-19.

She was born on July 3, 1928 and was the daughter of the late Francis and Edith (Schram) Erdell.

Glory was predeceased by her first husband, Richard R. Roth, and second husband, Clarence Stroman.

Glory graduated from Liberty High School in Bethlehem in 1946 and later earned a diploma from Bethlehem Business College.  She worked as a secretary for several medical and industrial organizations in the Easton Area and retired in 1978 as the Executive Secretary to the President of the Easton Express (now named Express-Times).

In early retirement Glory and Richard "Dick" enjoyed traveling in an RV throughout the United States, visiting several other countries, and relaxing at Lake Wallenpaupack, Texas, and Florida where they later settled.  In her later years Glory and Clarence enjoyed playing cards and dominoes, and social times with their friends in Florida.  Throughout her life, Glory was often the unofficial social director and life of the party.

She is survived by two sons, Richard Roth, Jr. and his wife Nancy of Vermillion, Ohio and Ronald Roth and his wife Laurie of Forks Township; grandchildren Matthew Roth of Effort, Nicole Rinaldo of Lower Nazareth Township, Sarah Emery of Forks Township, and Elizabeth Roth of Martin's Creek; great-grandchildren Aiden and Avery Rinaldo and Morgan Emery.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 20, at 7:00 p.m. in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem.
