Grace C. Stoudt Strobel, 92, of Bethlehem, died Monday, May 28, 2018, surrounded by her family at St. Luke's Hospice House. Born September 11, 1925 in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Titus and Hattie (Carl) Stoudt. She was the wife of the late Joseph A. Strobel. A member and former Sunday School teacher at Emmanuel ECC Church of Bethlehem, Grace possessed a superior work ethic and loved the outdoors and working in her yard.

Survivors: Sons, Joseph T. Strobel, Sr., (Cynthia), and Daryl J. "Cub" Strobel, (Nancy), both of Bethlehem;  grandchildren Joanne Cort (Christopher) of New Jersey, Joseph T. Strobel, Jr. (Lyn) of Walnutport, Jason Strobel of Bethlehem, and Jennifer Barnes (Jason) of Bethlehem; and eight great-grandchildren, Michael, Tristan, Joseph, Ryan, Emilee, Katelin, Jackson, and Jocelyn. Grace was preceded in death by her brothers Albert and Wallace Stoudt, and sisters Eva Wimmer, Pearl Young, and Katherine Stoudt.

Services: Private services are being arranged by the Pearson Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
