Helen B. Illyes, 98, of Bethlehem, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2025 in Saucon Valley Manor. She was the wife of the late Kalman Illyes.

Born in Lower Towamensing Township, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Julia (Viskupi) Frano. Helen was employed as the office manager at HAB Industries for 30 years before retiring.

She loved gardening, and was an avid reader. Helen also enjoyed knitting and needlework.

Surviving are a daughter, Barbara Cruz, and her husband Eduardo of Bethlehem Township; a son Roger Myers of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; a sister Judy Sommers of Northampton; nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter Julianne, a brother Stephen, and sisters; Joan and Linda.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 6 at 11:00 AM in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem, 18017. The Pearson Funeral Home, Bethlehem is in charge of arrangements.
