Helen T. Sayer, 92, of Bethlehem Township, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family on August 8, 2022. Her husband of 56 years, George E. Sayer, died in 2011.

Born in Mahanoy City, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Maryann (Ryan) Nicholas.

Helen attended St. Canicus Church and School and graduated from Shenandoah Catholic High School.

She was employed as a Quality Assurance Supervisor in the garment industry for many years before retiring.

Helen belonged to Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Bethlehem Township, and its Altar Rosary Society.  She was also a Girl Scout leader and Cub Scout den mother.

Surviving are sons, George and wife Christine of Woodstown, NJ and Douglas of Bethlehem Township; a daughter Ann Denker and husband Randy of Easton; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 8:45 - 9:45 a.m. Saturday, August 13, in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church, 1817 First Street, Bethlehem.  Interment will be in Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown.
