James D. Huffman, 52, of Lehighton, passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2018, in Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg, Bethlehem.  He was the husband of Leanne (Love) Huffman.

Born in Los Angeles, CA, he was the son of the late Justin and Daphne (Barrett) Huffman.

He was employed as an electronics engineer by the former Lucent Technologies.

James was a member of Blue Mountain Community Church, where he served as a guitarist in the music ministry.

Surviving with his wife, Leanne, are sons, Christopher of Allentown and Brandon of Lehighton; and a sister, Stacey Huffman.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, July 1, at 2 p.m. in the church, 25 Oak Street, Palmerton, PA  18071.  A calling hour will begin at 1 p.m. in the church.
