Janice L. Clauser, 58, of Bethlehem passed away Monday, January 17, 2022 in her home.  She is the daughter of Helen (Senick) Young of Bethlehem and the late Donald Young.  A graduate of Freedom High School, Janice was a fixture in the Bethlehem culinary community, and met her husband of nearly 40 years, Craig Clauser, while working at Danny's in the 1980s.

Janice spent many years as the Head Chef of the Hanoverville Roadhouse where she shared her talents with customers and the many young chefs she trained.  Janice retired in 2017 and enjoyed gardening, traveling and spending time with her husband and children.

Surviving with her husband Craig Clauser and mother Helen Young, are son Ryan and his wife Brittany Clauser, son Christopher Clauser, sister Kathy Shellington, and a host of loving family and friends.  She was predeceased by her father, Donald Young.

Due to the pandemic services will be private.
