John F. Gallery, III, 71, of Clark Range, TN, passed away Friday, January 25, 2019, in Summit Hospital, Hermitage, TN. Born in Milwaukee, WI, he was a son of the late John F. and Mary Jane (Lorum) Gallery.

Raised in West Grove, Pennsylvania, John was a graduate of Bishop Shanahan High School, West Chester, Pa and Kings College, Wilkes Barre, Pa. John was a teacher at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic School, Easton, PA, for 40 years before retiring. He also coached basketball in the Allentown/ Easton area including at St. Janes.  In his retirement, John spent many a sunny afternoon fishing on the Tar River on his property in North Carolina.

Surviving are sisters Joann Lane (Scott) and Kate Grismala (Ralph), both of Hermitage, Tn. Theresa Eller  (Francis) of Downingtown, PA, brothers, Pat (Becky) of Harpswell, ME, David of Downingtown, PA and Gerard of West Chester, PA, as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 2, in St. Jane Frances de Chantal Church, 4049 Hartley Avenue, Easton. Family and friends are invited to a visitation in the church on Saturday from 9:30 until mass time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic School.
