John Halleman, III, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 13, 2020.  He was the husband of Sandra (Timko) Halleman, with whom he celebrated 36 years of marriage on May 19.

Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late John Jr. and M. Helen (Belgrasch) Halleman.

An Army veteran of the Vietnam War, John was employed in the Press Forge at the Bethlehem Steel for many years before retiring.  He belonged to St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Bethlehem.

Surviving with his wife, Sandra, are a son, John IV of Bethlehem; and a sister, Theresa Stover of Tobyhanna, PA.

A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, July 20, in Bethlehem Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the American Diabetes Foundation.
