John J. Mari, 87, of Bethlehem, passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021, in Lehigh Valley Hospital- Muhlenberg.  He was the husband of Gladys I. (Donner) Mari for 60 years.

Born in Fountain Hill, he was the son of the late John and Anna (Pfadenhauer) Mari.  John was employed by Ingersoll Rand for many years before retiring and also maintained the golf carts at Saucon Valley Country Club.

He loved antique cars, the casino and golf.   He was a member of PFIW.

Surviving with his wife Gladys are daughters, Kimberly Lehrman, and husband Michael of Allentown and Emily Mari of Bethlehem; brothers, Joseph and Carl Mari, both of Bethlehem; sister, Marion Weinperl of Allentown; grandchildren, Lauren Bear and Joseph Poplawski; and three great-grandchildren.  He was predeceased by a sister Anna Martin.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 23, in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem.  Family and friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until services begin.
