John S. Surovi, 85, of Bethlehem, passed away Thursday, July 29, 2021, in St. Luke's Hospice House. He was the husband of the late Beverly (Verban) Surovi, who passed away last year.

John worked in the accounting and business offices of Bethlehem Steel. He was a member of Light of Christ Lutheran Church, Bethlehem, served in the National Guard, and was an avid Penn State fan.

Surviving are sons, Jeffrey (Cynthia) of Hellertown and Scott (Beth) of Valley Park, MO; a daughter, Susan Weaver (Jeffrey) of Bethlehem; brother-in-law, Elmer Schulz, and eight grandchildren, Lauren, Abigail, Claire, Andrew, Michael, Timothy, Jessica and Amanda. He was pre-deceased by a daughter, Jill S., and sisters Elsie Schulz and Dorothy Himmelwright.

Services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements, Pearson Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
