Joseph L. Albanese, 84, of Bethlehem, passed away February 5, 2021.  He was the husband of Linda J. (Damandl) Albanese.

Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Joseph and Anna (Wattman) Albanese.

Joe was employed at the former Bethlehem Steel Homer Research Lab.

He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War

Joe was a member of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, Bethlehem, and formerly served on the City Housing Authority.

Surviving with his wife Linda is a son Scott of Bethlehem.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 13, in St. Stephen's Church followed by entombment in Bethlehem Memorial Park.  A calling will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. until service time.  Arrangements, Pearson Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
