Josette M. Kane's Obituary
Josette M. Kane, 75, of Bethlehem, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2016, in Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Ada (Nigro) DeBarbieri.
A member of Central Moravian Church of Bethlehem, Josette was a lifelong teacher and loving mother of four.
Survivors: Sons, Mark (Chiharu) Kane of Okinawa, Japan, Michael Kane of Bethlehem and Matthew (Kim) Kane of Villanova, PA; daughter, Marisa (Bob) Pigeon of Blue Bell, PA; sister, Mary (Fred) Belforti of Bucks County; Louis (Melissa) DeBarbieri in Arizona; thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, Denise Payne.
Services: A Memorial Celebration will be held on Monday, November 21, at 2:00 p.m. in the Old Chapel on the campus of Central Moravian Church, Bethlehem, followed by a reception at the Hotel Bethlehem.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations to the Central Moravian Food Pantry, 73 W. Church Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018, would be most welcome. Online condolences may be sent to www.pearsonfh.com
