Louise Huddleson Wright, 94, of Moorestown, PA, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2022.   Born in East Lansing, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Dr. I. Forrest Huddleson and Isabel Marie (Sieger) Huddleson.  Louise attended Michigan State University before graduating from the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing.  Louise's nursing skills complimented those of her husband Clifford F. Wright  VMD, and in 1949 they established Wright Veterinary Medical Center in Bethlehem Township.

Nursing care and volunteerism motivated Louise to help found Homemaker-Health Aide Service, Inc. in Bethlehem as well as serving in leadership roles on the Board of Directors for Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley, Visiting Nurse Association, United Way, Meals on Wheels of Northampton County and the Junior League of the Lehigh Valley.

Louise enjoyed traveling to 90 countries, gardening, birding and her family pets.

Louise will be dearly missed by her sons Clifford Wright-Sunflower and wife Lois, Geoffrey Wright VMD and wife Beth Ann, John Wright VMD and wife Anita, and Patrick Thomas Wright; grandchildren:  Beorn Sunflower, Phoebe (Dan) Sunflower Wirth, Burleigh (Janessa) Sunflower, Noah (Tracy) Sunflower, Drew (Yulan) Wright and Gregory Wright; and seven great-grandchildren: Luis, Francesca, Luna Louise, Adeline, Orion, Zephyr and Luna Andrea.  She was predeceased by son James Jason; her husband; brother John Huddleson; sisters Lenore Lindquist and Mary Lott.

Services and interment will be private.
