Luz M. Brandon, 45, of Fountain Hill, died Friday, June 30, 2017, in St. Luke's Hospice House, after a valiant five year battle with ovarian cancer.  She and her husband, Jason M. Brandon, have been married for 23 years.

Born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, she is a daughter of Luz E. (Acevedo) Lebron of Allentown and the late Jaime Rivera.

Luz received her Associate Degree in Radiology from Northampton Community College and has been employed as a radiology technologist at St. Luke's for the past ten years.

She was a member of St. Ursula's Catholic Church, Fountain Hill.

Survivors: Husband, Jason; mother, Luz; daughter, Gabriella; brother, Daniel Santiago.

Services: Mass will be celebrated at noon Saturday, July 8, in St. Ursula's Church.  Viewing hours will be 9 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. Saturday in the church.
