Marilyn H. Rider, 83, of Bethlehem, passed away Friday, November 1, 2019, in her home.  She was the wife of Frank P. Rider for 63 years.

Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Guswin and Mary (Samuels) Michaels.

Marilyn was a member of Notre Dame Catholic Church of Bethlehem.  An avid knitter and crocheter, she was a volunteer at both Keystone Miller Blood Bank and the Make A Wish Foundation.

Surviving with her husband, Frank, are two sons, Brian and David (and his wife Amie); a daughter, Denise Rider, all of Bethlehem; a brother, Jerry Michaels of Scranton; two sisters, Ann Bernice Hapstak in Ohio and Romaine Rusinko of Olyphant; three grandchildren, Andrew, Amanda, and Tyler.

Family and friends are invited to call from 10 - 11 a.m. Saturday, November 9, in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem.  A  Prayer Service will be held at 11 a.m. in the funeral home followed by entombment in Bethlehem Memorial Park Mausoleum.
