Mark A. Kovaleski, 61, passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, in Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg.

Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late Bruce S. Jr. and Dorothy (Hinkle) Kovaleski.

Mark was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Miller Heights, and  a 1978 graduate of Freedom High School where he played football, basketball and baseball.  He belonged to the Roosevelt Democratic Club and its Golf League, the Independent Citizens Club, and played in a Dart League.  Mark enjoyed flying model airplanes and watching professional sports.

Surviving are his sister Patricia Davis of Bethlehem; his brother Bruce Kovaleski, and wife Michele of Bethlehem; niece Kelly Caputo, and husband Chris, nephews Ryan Davis, Neil Kovaleski, Nick Teschner, and wife Marena, and Alex Duffey.

A Prayer Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 16, in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem, followed by burial in Bethlehem Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mark's name may be sent to the Center for Animal Health and Welfare, 1165 Island Park Road, Easton, PA 18042.
