Mary G. Timar, 89, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2021, in her home.  She was the wife of the late Jack J. Timar, who died in 1986.

Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Frances Grobelski.

Monia was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

Surviving are a daughter, Monica A. Timar, with whom she resided; sons, John J. Timar, Jr. (wife Sharon) of Freemansburg and Brian V. Timar (wife Sherry) of Gilbert, AZ; three grandchildren, Sarah Llado, John J. Timar, III, and Jessica L. Timar; and a great-grandson, Miles Llado.

Funeral services will begin at 10:15 a.m. Friday, May 28, in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem,  followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anne's Church at 10:30 a.m.  Interment will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery.  Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing from 6 - 8 p.m. Thursday, May 27,  and 9:30 - 10:15 a.m. Friday in the funeral home.  www.pearsonfh.com
