Our beloved mother, Mary Ann (Muntian) Mazur, 90, answered Jesus' call to Come Home on Wednesday, December 20, 2023. Born in Bethlehem, PA, she was the daughter of the late Steven and Mary (Costa) Muntian.

She was the devoted wife and married 39 years to the late William Mazur, of Easton, who passed away June, 2000.

She will be most dearly missed as a mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. For many, many years she lived courageously with Scleraderma but never let the disease define her.

Our mother enjoyed many friendships over the years and devoted her life to the Lord and the First Baptist Church of Bethlehem, where she worshiped and served her entire life.

For ten years she worked at the Bethlehem Steel Company, followed by 25 years at the Bethlehem Area School District.

She is survived by her daughter Michele Achey, cherished son-in-law Gary Achey of Williams Township, her son Michael Mazur of Whitehall, and her two granddaughters Mykenna Mazur of Whitehall and boyfriend Ty Kern, Emersyn Mazur and fiance Brandon Breihof.

The family would like to express their sincere thanks to the Weston Care and Rehab Center in Hellertown, AseraCare Hospice, and in particular her treasured Hospice Aide Denise.

As per Mary Ann's request, a small welcome home service will be held at the First Baptist Church of Bethlehem 3235 Linden Street, Bethlehem, PA, 18017, on Wednesday, December 27, at 10 AM immediately followed by a graveside service.

The funeral arrangements have been entrusted to The Pearson Funeral Home, Bethlehem.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the First Baptist Church of Bethlehem.
