Peter D. Cimino, 94, of Bethlehem, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2017.  He was the husband of the late Catherine Cimino.

Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Pasquale and Elizabeth (Riiullo) Cimino.

He was employed by the Bethlehem Steel Co. before retiring.

Peter served in the U.S. Merchant Marines during World War II.

Survivors: Daughter, Mary Reed of Hellertown; sons, Chester in Oregon and Peter Jr. of Hellertown; 5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.  He was predeceased by ten siblings.

Services: A prayer service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 3, in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem.  Family and friends may call 10 - 11 a.m. Monday.  Burial will be private.
