Philip W. Gumble, 71, of Bethlehem, passed away in his home on Sunday, October 9, 2022.  He was the husband of Dorene V. (Paulus) Gumble.

Born in Honesdale, he was the son of the late Warren and Eunice (Papst) Gumble.

He graduated from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.

Philip was manager for Kline's Auto Inc. until he retired.  A Past Master of the Masonic Lodge in Scranton, he was a member of the Paupack Fish and Game Club.

Phil's greatest passion in life was music.  He started performing when he was 12.  In the early 70s he went on the road across the United States.  He performed with many bands in the Poconos, New Jersey and the Lehigh Valley.  He touched many lives with his instrument, the keyboard, and his special way of playing.

Survivors:  Wife, Dorene Gumble of Bethlehem; son, Adam and wife Kelly and their two children Bennett and Dorian of Downingtown; step-daughter, Jenelle and husband Dennis and their two children Miles and Logan of The Netherlands; step-daughter Jessica of Bethlehem; and brother Owen of Paupack, PA.

Services:  The family will receive guests on Sunday, October 23, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at Arts Quest Fowler Blast Furnace Room (second floor), 101 Founders Way, Bethlehem, PA 18015.
