Pierre R. H. Landrieu, 77, of Hanover Township, passed away Friday, May 3, 2019, in Luther Crest.  He was the husband of Mary Jane (Williams) Landrieu for 55 years last June.

Born in Summit, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Pierre R. and Mary Alice (Viehman) Landrieu.

A proud alumni of Lehigh University, Pierre earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in 1963.

He was employed by Public Service Electric and Gas Co. throughout his career, retiring as a Vice President.  He was a prominent leader in the public energy industry.

Pierre was a devoted Presbyterian who served in the roles of Deacon and Elder over the years.

He was a member of the Planning Board and Town Council in Bernardsville, NJ.

Surviving with his wife, Mary Jane, are three sons, Scott (Angela) of Old Bridge, NJ, Eric (Deanna) of Mount Laurel, NJ and Christopher (Jennifer) of Branchburg, NJ; a daughter, Laura Naranjo (Brendan) of Cedar Grove, NJ; sisters, Michelle Hanson of Idaho Falls, Idaho and Suzanne Akerman of Sydney, Australia; seven grandchildren, Wyatt, Patrick, William, Ryan, Emmett, Melissa and Monroe.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 11, in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem, PA 18017.  Family and friends are welcome to call from 10 a.m. until service time.
