Richard A. Divok, 85, of Quakertown, passed away September 8, 2023 in Bethlehem Manor. He was the husband of Jane (Plum) Divok.

Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Anton and Mary (Nader) Divok.

Richard was employed by the Bethlehem Steel Co. for many years before retiring. He served in the U.S. Army in the early 1960s. He was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church, Quakertown.

An avid hunter and fisherman, Richard enjoyed working in his yard, Liberty High School football and wrestling, Lehigh wrestling, Penn State football and Dodgers baseball. He was secretary of the North Penn Beagle Club for many years.

Surviving with his wife Jane are daughters, Amanda Rowe (Johnathan) of Breinigsville and Christine Penyak (Christopher) of Wind Gap; a son, Matthew of Morgantown, WV; a sister, Mary Turanchik of Bethlehem Township; and six grandchildren. He was predeceased by brothers Joseph and Edward and sisters Pauline and Irene.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Friday, September 15, in Incarnation of Our Lord Church, followed by interment in Holy Saviour Cemetery.
