Robert D. Kieffer, III, 75, of Bethlehem, passed away January 29, 2021.  He was the husband of Donna (Horner) Kieffer.

Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late Robert D. Jr. and Dorothy (Hartman) Kieffer.

He owned and operated Bob Kiefer and Son Trucking Co., and retired from Eastern Engineered Wood Products.  He was currently working for Penske Trucking.

Bob's entire life has been centered around his love of boating.  A member of the Minisceongo Yacht Club, he and his wife spent every summer weekend on their boat 'Champagne Lady'.  He was a member of the North End Republican Club.

Surviving with his wife, Donna are a son, Robert Kieffer, IV, and his wife Tami of Bethlehem; grandsons, Cameron and Sean; step-sons, James Clader of Northampton and Thomas Clader of Catasauqua; and step-daughter Denise Keiper of Catasauqua.  He was predeceased by a step-son Ronald Clader.

A graveside service will be planned for a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Animals in Distress.
