Robert Lee Robinson, Sr., 94, of Bethlehem, PA passed away peacefully on October 14, 2026, in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill.  His beloved wife of 66 years, Mary Arbeal (Myers) Robinson, died June 21, 2018.

Born in Chester, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Henry and Mary Lou (Simpson) Robinson.  Robert faithfully served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was employed in the Blast Furnace at the former Bethlehem Steel Company before retiring.  He later served as a Greeter at Walmarts.

The oldest living member at Second Baptist Church in Bethlehem, he was also the oldest Deacon.  Always very active in his church, he sang in both the Men's Choir and the Senior Choir.  He cooked in the kitchen and was an Honorary Member of The Food Truck.

In his spare time he loved his cigars, watching soap operas, westerns, Jimmy Kimmel, and "The Word Channel".

Surviving are his six children: Robert Lee Robinson, Jr. (Lyndell) of Bethlehem, Wanda Holmes (Robert) of Easton, Denise Horton (Wayne) of Bethlehem Township, Tyrone Robinson (Dianne) of Bethlehem, Diane Holmes (Larry, Sr.) of Easton, and Crystal Robinson of Bethlehem;17 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren, a great-great-granddaughter, and a niece Willina Walker.  In addition to his wife he was preceded in death by his sister Henriester Walker Singleton, and grandchildren Tyrell and Nahjah.

A funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 23, in Second Baptist Church, 1016 Wood Street, Bethlehem, followed by entombment in Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown.  Family and friends are invited to his visitation from 10 am to 11 am in the church.  His funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem, PA.
