Robert G. Serafin, 83, of Bethlehem, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019, in St. Luke's Hospital.  He was the husband of Mary Louise (Jurkovic) for 60 years.

Born in Taylor, he was a son of the late Anthony and Helen Rose (Dopko) Serafin.

A U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, Robert graduated from Penn State.  He was employed by Ingersoll Rand for many years before retiring as Director of Government Contracts and Finance.

He belonged to St. Anne's Catholic Church, Bethlehem, and enjoyed outdoor sports, golf, fishing, hunting and music.

Surviving with his wife, Mary Louise are daughters, Karen Rockoff (Scott) of Palm Island, FL, Patricia Serafin (Aidan Plunkett) of Redondo Beach, CA and Nancy Fertenbaugh (Kevin) of Grants Pass, OR; three grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.  He was predeceased by a brother, Francis and a sister, Mary Roscioli.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 15, in St. Anne's Church.  Burial will  be private.  Family and friends are invited to visitation on Monday, January 14 from 4 - 6 p.m. in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem.
