Roberta E. Turel, 82, lifelong resident of Bethlehem, passed away Sunday, March 21, 2021, in Alexandria Manor, Bath.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Stanley E. Sr. and Olive (Pickel) Turel.

A member of the Liberty High School Class of 1956, Bobbie began her career at Ingersoll Rand, Phillipsburg, NJ, then worked at the Bethlehem Steel Co. for more than 25 years, last in the Personnel Department.  She was still currently employed as the office manager for Realty World - Benchmark, Bethlehem.

Bobbie was a Musikfest volunteer for all 37 years of its existence, and also volunteered at  Christkindlmarkt as well.  She was a life member of the Se-Wy-Co Ladies Auxiliary and held leadership positions in both the Dinah Shore fan club and Betty White fan club.  Bobbie loved worldwide travel and visited many countries and continents.  She had a special fondness for Disney locations.  Bobbie was an avid theater aficionado from Broadway and London West End to smaller community venues.

Surviving are her nieces, Cheryl Daumer of Northampton and Lori Frantz of Saylorsburg; great nephews and niece, Shaun Austin, Russell Daumer, Anessa Frantz and David Frantz, III; great-great nephews and niece, Damian, Scarlet and Elijah.  She was predeceased by her brother Stanley E. Turel, Jr. in 2020.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 29, in Bethlehem Memorial Park.  Arrangements, Pearson Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
