Scott K. Rader, Sr., 64, of Bethlehem Township passed away Friday, November 1, 2019, in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill.  He and his wife, Barbara B. (Woodard) Rader, would have celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary this month.

Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late Willard M. and Grace L. (Smith) Rader.

Scott was employed as a carpenter for Local Union #167 for many years before retiring.

A Past President of the East Bath Rod and Gun Club, he enjoyed hunting, trap shooting, fishing and NASCAR races.  Scott was an enthusiastic supporter of his grandchildren's' sporting events.

Surviving with his wife, Barbara, are two sons, Scott K. Rader, Jr., and his wife Angela of Bethlehem Township and Christopher S. Rader, and his wife Rebecca of Bethlehem; two sisters, Janet Hosfeld and Barbara Mastrolia, both of Bethlehem; nine grandchildren, Scott, III, Aubrey, Gabrielle, Meado, Daniel, Brayden, Joseph, Carson and Cayden.

Services will be held at 11: a.m. Thursday, November 7, in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem, followed by burial in St. Peter's UCC Cemetery, Seemsville.  Family and friends are invited to visitation from 6 - 8 p.m. Wednesday, November 6. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the American Heart Association, 968 Postal Road, Suite 110, Allentown, PA 18109.
