Sergio Francis Toigo, of Bethlehem, passed away on September 21, 2026 at the age of 90. Born in Allentown to the late Domenick and Cesira (Grisotto) Toigo, he graduated from Allentown High School and Pennsylvania State University. Sergio was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from Dun & Bradstreet after 42 years. In Bethlehem, he was a member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church. He is survived by his ex-wife, Julie Toigo; sons Mark Toigo and wife Kimberly Hess, Anthony Toigo and wife Kinu Toigo, and Michael Toigo and wife Suzanne Toigo; granddaughters Olivia Toigo-Hess, Ayaka Toigo, and Julieanne Toigo; sister Esther Wallitsch and husband Richard Wallitsch; brother Alexander Toigo and wife Adeline Toigo; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Sergio spent his life in pursuit of many passions. These included reading up on histories and biographies; sharing stories and the company of others; sports, especially Baseball and Football; and flavorful dining, especially spicy foods, Pork Roll and Cheese, or Sticky Buns. Sergio had a love of the outdoors. This involved taking nature hikes in his youth, enjoying Downhill Skiing, soaking up sea breezes on a shore vacation, or bird watching.

A visitation will be held on Sunday September 27th at Pearson Funeral Home from 2 to 4pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anne’s Church in Bethlehem on Monday September 28th at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Bethlehem Memorial Park.
