Stephen J. Chaszar, 67, of Bethlehem, died Wednesday, January 17, 2018, in St. Luke's Hospital.  He was the husband of Sandra J. (Hageter) Chaszar.  They celebrated their 44th anniversary last month.

Born in Fountain Hill, he was the son of the late Stephen F. and Helen (Bartik) Chaszar.

A graduate of Muhlenberg Collage, Steve was employed by UPS for many years.  He also served in the U.S. National Guard.

Steve was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church, Bethlehem.  A member of the Springtown Rod and Gun Club, he loved the beach, fishing and photography.  He was the ultimate family man who loved spending time with his family, especially his grandson, Luchas.

Surviving are his wife, Sandra; sons, Mark of Bethlehem, Brian of Montana and Scott of Easton; a sister, Linda Boliver in Mass. and grandson, Luchas Strauss.

Family and friends may call Wednesday, January 24, from 11:30 until 1 p.m. in Concordia Lutheran Church, Bethlehem.  The service will begin at 1 p.m.  Arrangements by the Pearson Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
