Tracy L. Smizaski, 42, of Bethlehem Township, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017, in her home.
Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, she is the daughter of Roger and Nancy (Cantamessa) Colvard with whom she resided.
Survivors: Surviving with her parents are her children, Ashley, Ryan, Thomas and Katie; sisters, Kristie Colvard, twins Laura Saboe and Melissa Burney.
Services: Will be held Friday, January 20, at 10:30 a.m. in the Pearson Funeral Home, 1901 Linden Street, Bethlehem, followed by burial in Holy Saviour Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 6 - 8 p.m. Thursday, January 19 in the funeral home.
Memorials: Contributions in Tracy's memory may be made directly to the family or in care of the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent to www.pearsonfh.com
