William J. Schaeffer, 59, of Northampton, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2019, in his home.

Born in Fountain Hill, he was a son of the late William E. and Theresa A. (Yost) Schaeffer.

A professional musician, William performed with various musical groups in the Lehigh Valley, and also gave guitar lessons.

He is survived by a brother, Ronald, and his wife Theresa of Bethlehem Township; sisters, Carol Solt of Thorndale and Jean Jones, and husband Kevin of Myrtle Beach, SC; several nieces and nephews.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
